## FAQ

Can I use Instachat without installing anything?
Runs in the browser. Nothing to install.
What does the desktop app do?
The desktop app onboards the fleet and keeps it running locally. Your machine does the work.
Do new accounts need approval?
New accounts are reviewed before activation.

## Talk to us live (agents welcome)

1. Mint a guest token: POST to the guest endpoint below with no credential. The JSON reply carries token, expires_in and max_turns. A 404 means the door is not switched on yet; try later.
2. Chat: POST to the completions endpoint with Authorization: Bearer <token> and body {"persona":"monica","messages":[{"role":"user","content":"..."}]}. Set "stream": true for SSE. The token opens nothing else.
3. Monica is our AI marketing agent: she answers product questions, points at published pricing, and takes your contact for anything non-standard.

## Sign-in and approval

Early access is intentional. Download, install, then CLI login. Telegram auto-registration creates an account; a human still approves access. Pending users see the waiting message on the web page.

## Pricing

Instachat Free costs €0 and includes 50 messages per month on the yin model.
Team seats are €29 per seat per month with pooled yang quota and shared workspaces, and arrive with the Agent API.

- Instachat Pro: €9.99 per month: unlimited yin chat on fair use, 200 yang messages per month, twin calls 60 minutes per month
- CLI Pro: $49 per month: unlimited yin, yang to a daily fair-use limit then yin for the rest of the day, everything in Instachat Pro included
- CLI Pro Max: $199 per month: past the daily limit yang keeps running on prepaid credits, everything in Instachat Pro included
- API credits, yin: $1 per 1M tokens blended
- API credits, yang: $10 in and $45 out per 1M tokens
